Links lead to Broward County and Florida portals, libraries, archives, and outside search providers. Information entered there is governed by that service's privacy policy, including data entered for sponsored results.

The service providers that host and support the site process server logs for us. Analytics and advertising partners may receive the automatic data described above. We disclose data when a valid legal process requires it, and not otherwise.
How We Protect Your Data
The site runs over an encrypted connection and logs are kept only as long as the purposes above need them. There are no accounts here, so no password or profile of yours exists on this site to be exposed.
Users Under 18
The site is meant for adults and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18; if you believe a minor has sent us information, contact us and we will delete it.
Your Privacy Choices
Florida's Digital Bill of Rights, Florida Statutes sections 501.701 through 501.722, gives authenticated consumers dealing with covered controllers specified rights to access, correct, delete, or obtain data and to opt out of certain processing. Its thresholds and exemptions mean it does not govern every small operator. We can search our contact mailbox and server logs for a request submitted through the Contact page. Florida, Broward County, and Sunrise public records remain under their custodians' control, so correction or removal requests for those records must go to the holding office.
